FAIM (FIDI Accredited International Mover) is the first
industry certification for international movers. Developed by FIDI in
1997, it is currently the most stringent, all encompassing quality guarantee
programme for the international moving industry.

All FIDI FAIM accredited movers are continually
monitored with full quality rating audits conducted every two years.
These audits are also independently conducted by Ernst & Young
to ensure premium industry benchmark levels are guaranteed to be maintained.
Only a selective few companies in the international moving
field have achieved FAIM accreditation.
Currently, the FIDI-FAIM programme is recognized as a
supreme seal of quality within the international moving industry, and
is well on its way to being recognized by the industrys customers.

The FIDI-FAIM standard is an accreditation programme
that provides international movers the possibility to have a periodic,
independent assessment of their cross-border and international moving
activities.
FIDI-FAIM-ISO requires the applicant to have achieved
ISO certification for its international moving business in addition
to certain additional elements
