Disclaimer - Please note that although we recommend Professional Removal and Shipping companies that have been vetted by a recognised Industry Trade Association, we cannot guarantee that your move will not go wrong or that your furniture or personal effects will not be damaged. Unfortunately, Moving is a highly laborious Industry and accidents can sometimes happen.
Please note that should you choose to use one of the Removal Companies recommended, you will be bound by their Terms and Conditions. Therefore, please make sure that you read their Terms and Conditions carefully before accepting their Quotation.
Moving etc... accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage incurred by any companies or third parties listed on this site.
All reasonable action has been taken to give you the names of professional Removal and Shipping companies, but as with anything, you the "user" must take full responsibility over your choice of company used.
Should the need for a complaint arise, please contact your removal company directly.
Should you not be entirely happy with your move, and you are not satisfied by the way the company handles your complaint, you do have the option of complaining to their respective Trade Association, who offer an unbiased arbitration service if necessary.
Please note that by listing only Removal and Shipping Companies that belong to a Trade Association on this site, it does not mean that all other companies do not do a good job or pack and move your goods safely. It just means that they choose not to belong to a Trade Association and are therefore not bound by the Association Rules and Regulations or Code of Practice.
